Church Partnership - Lutheran Church of the Cross
Lutheran Church of the Cross (LCC) has been a strong supporter of Blessman International for over two decades. In 2002, LCC sponsored its first trip to Mexico with Blessman International (then called Blessman Medical Ministries), the first of many trips. For several years, LCC continued to partner with Blessman International to go on mission trips. Most trips were to Mexico, several to South Africa, and one trip to Bolivia.
Since 2002, LCC has continued supporting Blessman International with mission teams, financial gifts, and prayers. LCC has sent nearly 50 people to serve in South Africa, Mexico, and Bolivia. Several of these people have been continued supporters and have taken multiple trips with Blessman International. LCC has also given many opportunities for Blessman International to participate in mission conferences hosted by LCC.
Lutheran Church of the Cross has done much to help Blessman International feed thousands of children in Southern Africa by hosting several events to support Meals From the Heartland, the provider of the rice packets used to feed our children.
As a fellow LCMC church, Lutheran Church of the Cross has been a sister church to the first church planted by Blessman International in South Africa, Lighthouse Christian Church.
Blessman International is grateful for the relationship with Lutheran Church of the Cross that goes back 20 years and continues to be strong and faithful.
