What We Do
We serve in four key areas that meet both physical and spiritual needs:
Nourish & Care
Each week, we feed tens of thousands of children through our network of feeding centers. Many of these children would go hungry without this daily meal. We provide clean water and essential hygiene resources to keep communities healthy, including distributing menstrual hygiene kits to girls who would otherwise miss school during their monthly cycle.
Disciple & Develop
We believe real change begins with the gospel. Through intentional programming and Bible-based mentorship, we walk alongside children and adults as they grow in faith, identity, and resilience.
Equip the Next Generation
Our education-focused initiatives help children succeed in school and life. In areas of South Africa with 70% unemployment, giving these children every academic advantage is critical.

Our Campuses in South Africa
We serve across three strategic locations in the Limpopo Province of South Africa.
Shikwaru Lodge
This is the home base for our mission trip teams. Nestled in the bushveld, it offers lodging, meeting spaces, and a chance to spot wildlife like giraffes and impalas on your way to breakfast.
Del Cramer Child Development Center
Our flagship feeding program operates here, along with the Sports 4 Christ athletic fields and Lighthouse Christian Church. Hundreds of children come daily for food, friendship, and faith formation.
Mountain View Farm & Hope Christian Church
A working farm that provides food and agricultural training to the community. Just down the road, Hope Christian Church gathers over 300 students weekly for worship and small groups in addition to Sunday services.

Blessman International was founded by Dr. Jim Blessman, a physician who followed God’s call to serve children in need. What began as one man’s obedience has grown into a thriving ministry with deep roots and wide-reaching impact. His story is one of faith, sacrifice, and a relentless desire to love others like Jesus.
